Where is my order?
Please review your weekly status report. If you need more detailed assistance, please contact your Fleet Distribution Analyst or ordering dealer for status updates.

Why do we need to provide a W-9 form to receive a fleet certification number?
The W-9 form is required by our accounting audit group as evidence for tax purposes.

Why do we need to provide 5 registrations to receive a fleet certification number?
The registrations provide proof of fleet business for audit purposes.

Do you provide Courtesy Delivery (CD) incentives?
Yes, for both Nissan and Infiniti Commercial Vehicle Sales, a $300 payment is generated to the drop ship dealer (drop ship dealer may not be the same as the ordering dealer).
